Leucum System
Born from the real need of those who live the sector
Leucum System was born in 2011 from my direct experience as a pool manager.
Our mission? To simplify the management of showers and hairdryers, eliminating waste and maximising revenue for sports centres.
I also manage a swimming pool.
I know perfectly well what goes on every day in my facility and especially in the locker room.
More than ten years ago I decided to completely renovate them: they were over 40 years old and needed a revolution.
The perfect renovation... or so I thought
I wanted environments bright, easy to clean, safe, cosy, and especially an intelligent and controlled management of water, electricity and gas consumption.
I involved architects, thermal engineers and surveyors to design every detail

The real nightmare: the payment system
A bit like everyone else, I had started in the late 1990s with the tokensfirst 100 lire, then 200, then euros, then plastic tabs, then the magnetic cards.
Different payments, but always the same system.
Over time, by observing the habits of my customers, I began to identify critical points:
- Waste of preset time → water and energy wasted
- One control unit for all showers = quarrels and fights between parents
- Slow wall hairdryers → changing rooms crowded for hours
- "He ate my coin" → continuous reimbursement
- Zero real data on consumption and receipts
- Price increases impossible without controversy

After months of planning, sleepless nights and testing... we did it.

First installation in September, same price as always (20 cents every 2.5min = 8 cents/min)
At the end of the season the Double the takings already in the first year. Bills increased by only +2.5%.
