All site content www.leucumsystem.it, including texts, documents, trademarks (Leucum System, DocciaPay, Genesi, Slim), logos, images, graphics, their arrangement and adaptations are protected by copyright and industrial property law. Unauthorised copying, alteration, distribution or use is prohibited.

2. Limitation of Liability for Products
The technical information on the products (shower management systems, hair dryers, access control software) on the site is provided for information purposes only. Leucum System SRL reserves the right to make technical and aesthetic changes to the products at any time without prior notice. Binding specifications are exclusively those reported in the sales contracts and technical manuals supplied to the customer at the time of purchase.
Leucum System SRL shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the improper use of information found on the site or from typing errors.

3. Access to the Reserved Area
Access to restricted areas (e.g. for remote management or manual downloads) is only permitted to authorised users with credentials. Users are responsible for the safekeeping of their credentials and any activity carried out through their account.

4. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Italian law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction: Lecco.
