This notice describes how the website is managed www.leucumsystem.it with regard to the processing of personal data of users consulting it.

1. Data Processed and Purposes

A. Data provided voluntarily by the user

  • B2B contacts: When you fill in contact forms or send us e-mails, we process company and personal contact data (Name, Email, Telephone, Company, Role) in order to respond to enquiries, formulate quotations and manage the pre-contractual relationship. (Legal basis: Execution of pre-contractual measures).
  • Technical Assistance: If you use support channels for products (Genesis, Slim, etc.), we process your data to provide technical support and software maintenance, also remotely. (Legal basis: contract execution).
  • Marketing (Optional): With your explicit consent, we may send you newsletters or commercial updates on our new technological products for sports centres.

B. Navigation Data
The computer systems responsible for the operation of this site automatically acquire certain data (IP addresses, system logs) whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols, used for security purposes and anonymous statistics.

2. Data recipients

Your data will not be disclosed, but may be communicated to:

  • Internal authorised personnel of Leucum System SRL (sales, technical, administrative department).
  • External service providers (e.g. tax consultants, web hosting providers, emailing platforms) appointed as Data Processors.
  • Competent authorities in case of legal obligations.

3. Extra-EU Data Transfer

The Data Controller uses servers located within the European Economic Area. Should it become necessary to use non-EU cloud services (e.g. Google Analytics), the transfer will take place on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions of the European Commission.

4. Conservation

  • Contact data/Preventative: Retained for 24 months after the last contact or for 10 years in the case of a subsequent contract (administrative obligations).
  • Marketing Data: Retained until consent is revoked (opt-out).

5. Rights of the Data Subject

The user has the right to ask the Controller for access, rectification, deletion of data, restriction of processing or to object to processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR). Requests should be sent to commerciale@leucumsystem.it.
